No. Your credits never expire and remain valid without a time limit. Buying credits does not commit you to a subscription: you buy a package whenever you need one. The Business and Premium location plans are optional monthly subscriptions and are not required in order to buy credits.

No. Sternehero is a software platform. There is no legal assessment of individual reviews and no legal advice. You make all content-related decisions yourself. For legal questions we recommend consulting a specialist lawyer.

The respective platform, so for Google reviews that is Google. It reviews every report against its own guidelines and decides independently whether a review is removed or stays online. Sternehero has no influence on that decision and does not pre-empt it for you either. You see every decision as a status in your dashboard.

You are. Responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided lies with the user. That is why, before every submission, you confirm that you do not know the person as a customer and that, to your knowledge, no business contact took place. Only submit reviews where you are certain that no business contact took place.

You propose reviews for reporting and your client receives a confirmation link by email. There they check the selection and confirm that there was no customer contact with the listed review authors. The link is valid for 7 days. Only after this confirmation are the reports submitted. That way the content decision stays with the business the review concerns.

You buy credits at agency prices from 3 € per credit, in the Starter plan as well as in the Pro plan. In the Pro plan you additionally receive up to 20 % bonus credits as a volume benefit on every purchase. You set your own prices towards your clients. All prices are net plus 19 % VAT, and credits never expire.
