No. The decision on a report lies exclusively with the respective platform – for example Google. Sternehero automates the submission process; the result is determined by the platform independently.

Reviews where, to your knowledge, no business contact with the reviewer took place. The accuracy of this statement is your responsibility – Sternehero does not review content.

Yes. After connecting your Google Business Profile you see all locations and add them to your workspace. The first 3 location slots are free.

Yes. Per successful referral you receive 3 credits as a bonus. The referred user also receives 3 credits as starting balance.

No. Sternehero is built as a self-service tool – you connect your Google Business Profile, select reviews and submit. No installation, no training required.

Credits start at €7 per unit. The more credits you buy, the cheaper the price. 1 credit = 1 report submission.

Credits are consumed when the report is submitted – regardless of the outcome. You pay for the submission, not the result. That's why you receive up to 20% bonus credits with every credit purchase.

No. Sternehero works on a prepaid basis – no subscription, no contract, no minimum term. Your credits never expire.

Yes. Upon registration you receive 3 free credits to get started. These expire after 30 days. After that you use our prepaid packages with no subscription.

The Business plan includes AI auto-replies and responses to older reviews. The Premium plan additionally includes free reports for NEW reviews without credit consumption.

Credit card, SEPA direct debit and common wallets via Stripe. Invoice payment is additionally available for Agency and Reseller plans.

Yes. Every transaction is automatically issued as a GDPR-compliant invoice and available for download in the dashboard under "Billing".

The average processing time by Google is 0–7 days. You can track the status of each report in real-time in your dashboard.

Currently Sternehero supports Google Reviews (Google Business Profile). More platforms are planned. Connecting your profile takes under a minute.

Yes. The AI reply feature generates responses – individually or in bulk. Per location you configure tone, salutation and auto-mode. Replies can be edited before posting.

No. The software checks automatically after 14 days – you can also verify the status manually at any time, without waiting.

An API is in preparation for Agency and Reseller plans. Currently, reports and proposals can be exported as PDF/CSV.

Yes. Reviews, submission status and reporting data can be exported per location or workspace as CSV or PDF – anytime from the dashboard.

No. Sternehero is a software platform and does not provide legal services within the meaning of the RDG. For legal questions we recommend consulting a specialized lawyer.

You as the user are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Before each report you confirm that no business contact with the reviewer took place.

All data is stored GDPR-compliant on servers in Germany (Hetzner). Payment data is processed by Stripe – it does not reach our servers. Details can be found in our privacy policy.

Before each submission you confirm the missing customer contact – the responsibility for this lies with you. The platform decides independently. In case of doubt we recommend consulting a specialized lawyer.

Yes. We provide a GDPR-compliant DPA under Art. 28 on request – especially for agencies, resellers and multi-location customers.

The Reseller plan extends the whitelabel with custom credit pricing, sub-agency management, Stripe Connect revenue sharing and a dedicated account manager.

The Reseller plan is currently on waitlist. Availability is granted after qualification and only in limited numbers – terms are individual.

Your customers pay you directly. Stripe Connect automatically deducts the agreed platform share and transfers the rest to your account.
