How do I bill my clients?

You buy credits at the agency tiers from €3 per credit and set your client prices yourself: per report, as a package or as part of your service. In the Pro plan you store your selling prices directly for your offers. Sternehero bills only you, never your clients.

Who confirms the missing customer contact?

Your client does. You propose reviews for reporting. Your client opens your link, confirms that the authors are not known to them as customers, and signs the power of attorney digitally. Only then does the software submit the reports.

What do my clients see?

In the Starter plan your clients see a neutral confirmation page. In the Pro plan everything runs under your brand: your domain, your logo, your colors, plus PDF reports and emails in your branding. Even before your email domain is verified, the sender shows your agency name.

Is there a success guarantee?

Domain and team are only available in the Pro plan. When you switch to Starter, your domain is disconnected and team members are blocked, your own access remains. Credits never expire.
