Only if you set it up that way. The default is approval mode: AI Reply creates drafts, and nothing is published until you click Approve. In addition, there is Auto-Reply: if you enable this mode, the software publishes replies to new reviews on its own. You can switch it off again at any time.
Yes, every single one. In approval mode you edit the draft right in the dashboard: shorten it, add to it, rephrase it or discard it completely. What gets published is exactly the text you approved.
AI Reply is included in the Business plan (€59 per month) and the Premium plan (€89 per month), each per location and net plus 19% VAT. Replies do not use any credits; credits only apply to review reports.
Yes. From the Business plan you create drafts for older, unanswered reviews as well, in bulk for all open reviews if you like. You approve each reply individually.
You set the tone, form of address and signature per location, for example warm and informal in the café or formal in the practice. You can also create your own templates for the AI to reuse. And if a draft still does not fit, you change it before approving.
You can additionally report such reviews to the platform via Sternehero: you select the review, confirm the missing customer contact and the software handles the technical submission. The decision on every report rests solely with the respective platform. Learn more under review reporting.
