A submission costs 1 credit. The price per credit depends on the package – from €7 per credit in the 250-pack. In the smallest package you pay €24 per credit. The larger the package, the cheaper the individual credit.
Credits are consumed when the report is submitted – independent of the result. You pay for the submission, not for the result. The decision on removal lies exclusively with the respective platform. A re-submission is possible if new evidence is available.
No. Purchased credits never expire and remain available indefinitely. Exception: The 3 free starter credits in your account expire after 30 days of inactivity.
The Free plan includes basic monitoring and manual reports with credits. The Business plan adds AI replies (with manual approval) and replies to older reviews. The Premium plan lets you report new reviews without consuming credits and includes all AI features. Each plan applies per location.
